Service and accounts
Fidrel manages documents, versions, reviews and project permissions. Provide accurate details, protect your personal account and hold authority to order for an organisation. Creating an account alone is not an order.
Content and rights
Customers retain rights to uploaded content and must have a lawful basis and necessary permissions. Fidrel processes it for agreed delivery, support and security. A subscription does not transfer ownership of software or trademarks.
Acceptable use
Do not distribute malware, bypass permissions, disrupt the service or upload unlawful content. Report suspected unauthorised access. Process only data appropriate for the service and your agreement.
Drawings and availability
Previews may simplify or omit CAD objects. Check originals, scales and coordinates before design, construction or measurement decisions. Maintenance and outages may occur. Guaranteed availability or support levels apply only if expressly agreed.
Termination, liability and disputes
Access may be restricted for security risks or material breach, with notice where possible. Export, retention and deletion follow contract and law. Liability, applicable law and courts follow the agreement and mandatory rules; consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact us first about disputes.
Project value and subscriptions
Customers must provide accurate estimated total project values and update them when materially changed. Each separate project requires its own subscription unless agreed otherwise in writing. Independent projects must not be hidden as estimates, folders or subprojects to evade pricing. Multiple estimates for the same real project are allowed.
Personal accounts
Do not share or transfer login credentials to circumvent the agreement. Invite each person with their own account and appropriate permissions. An organisation account does not replace subscriptions for its separate projects.
Verification and correction
Fidrel may request reasonable evidence of project value and agreed use, and review relevant usage statistics, storage volume and security logs to investigate suspected misuse. Access to project content must be necessary, authorised and consistent with the agreement and privacy policy. This does not mean all content is continuously reviewed by staff or AI. Customers normally have an opportunity to explain or correct discrepancies. Adjusted charges and access restrictions must be supported by the agreement; security risks may require immediate action.
