Payment methods
Where offered, card payment takes place on Stripe’s checkout. Fidrel keeps references and payment status, not full card numbers or security codes. Invoice payment requires a separate agreement and is not generally enabled in self-service.
Details and VAT
Provide legal name, address, registration/VAT number and invoice reference when requested. The document must show amount, currency, tax, period and due date. Reverse charge applies only where legally justified; the market selector is not tax validation.
Errors and non-payment
Contact us with invoice or order references about disputed charges. Never send passwords or card details. Interest, fees and service restrictions require a contractual and legal basis. Cancellation and refunds are handled separately; retain payment and cancellation confirmations.
Billing interval
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions cover 12 months, billed in advance, at approximately 10% less than 12 monthly payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal; project access remains available during the paid period. Changes to the billing interval take effect at the next renewal. Your paid period is preserved, without additional prorated charges.
